Sidetracked {open} « Thread Started on May 26, 2008, 3:27pm »
So there I was, wandering the forest. I had not gone far in, though the shadows enveloped me, cloaking me in a grey darkness. I could see no sun for the sky was grey as usual, skies overcast. It seemed the sun never shined here. The forest was quiet and I felt very much alone. The feeling was normal to me. I did not get lonely often, though today I longed for company. No, I will not call it loneliness, but maybe boredness. I knew for a fact my mtoher would not like hearing about my 'adventure' She always warned me to keep away from the forest, though her warnings were in the back of my mind now as I wanderer deeper into the forest, listening to the light breeze rustle the branches.

Sam ran loped through the forest. He heard some rustling. It might just be an animal, he thought. He started into a walk over to where the noise was coming from. He turned the corner around a tree and seen a young girl, she could only be 14 or 15. Was she lost? She's going to be scaried when she sees me. Sam ran the other direction and transformed back into person. He pretended he was just having a walk through the forest. He turned the corner like he just had and acted surprised that there was a girl there.
"Oh, Hello", he said maybe startling the girl a bit. "My name is Sam". He offered her his hand.

A voice startles me, making me jump. It seems all of a sudden there is a man in front of me, offering his hand as if it was perfecly normal for him to appear like that. I eyed him nervously, then looked at his hand, gaze measuring. For a long while I just stared at the hand as if it were about to bite me, though I slowly layed my hand in his, shaking it a bit, then pulling back. I made sure to take a step back as well. I'm Sarah. I said, nodding a bit.

"Are you lost", he said in his sweet voice. He had to at least try not to be suspicious. The girl was very pretty, too young for me, and of course I'm already engaged with Emily, nothings leaving there. I smiled at the girl. She was at least 5 years younger than me. I looked around we were in the middle of the Forks forest, Sam just knew that off of heart.

I shook my head, taking another step back. He didn't seem like one to be uneasy about, though I didn't care. No. I'm not lost. That was only half of a lie. I was slightly lost. I knew where I was of course. In the forest. Though I had no idea where exactly in the forest I was. Maybe my mother was right. Maybe this was a place to stay away from, though why would this guy be wandering around here like me if it wasn't safe? Unless of course he was the unsafe part. I was scaring myself now, my breath catching for a moment. I forced it to start again, taking deep slow breaths, trying to calm myself.

"I was just passing through, I had to go get some stuff for my wife at the store", he said. "Would you like me to show you out of the forest?", he asked. The girl looked concentrated on lying or was she concentrated on telling the truth, but not to much?, he wasn't sure. He looked up at the sky, it was getting dark. Sam wanted to make sure she got out of the woods before it started to rain.

I did not want help from this male. Not at all. First of all, I couldn't trust him. What if he was lying? What if he were to take me somewhere else? Second, I never liked getting help from others. It usually made me feel weak or stupid. I believe I told you I was not lost. I don't need help. I said, eyes stubborn. I turned around, starting to walk away. If he wanted to follow me, I'd have to run which I was not very good at. Maybe if I tried climbing the trees...No. They were all too high. Maybe he was weaker then he looked...Maybe I could fight my way out...

"Ok, suit your self.", Sam turned and headed to go change back to wolf and follow her, he had to get off the Cullens turf fast. I'm sure the girl will be fine, hopefully, he thought. He ran into the woods and a loud crack went off he ran out of the forest to the other side of the boundary line. He ran all the way into Emily's house. He ran in and hugged her. "There's a girl on the Cullen's turf, I think she is lost, but she claims she isn't. But anyway", he said, Hugging her.

I watched him leave, looking over my shoulder, then quickly walking through the trees. A crack of thunder sounded in my ears, rain starting to fall. Damn it... I muttered, ducking under a tree to shelter myself. Rain still hit me, though some was blocked. I knew I was lost and regreted not asking that guy for help. I was stupid like that, though maybe I was closer to home then I thought?

Sam looked out into the pouring rain. Hopefully that girl out of the woods fast enough, he thought. He looked behind. Leah had came in. "Hey, what's up?", he asked. She never comes to Emily's house. "Jacob gone again isn't he?", Leah questioned. "Yes, he left this morning no one can get in touch with him", Sam said. "Just give him time, he'll come back some time". He smiled to comfort her. "I know Jake, he'll come back sooner or later".

I looked up at the grey sky as the rain fell down. Sighing, I sat beneath the tree.Lost and tired, I closed my eyes, letting my head fall back against the rough bark. If I couldn't find my way out, then I'd just have to wait. Surely that guy would come back. Or maybe someone else. I'd gladly except directions now. I found myself drifting into slumber and my mind went blank.

Rosalie walked quietly through the woods, she smelt wolf. The wolves better not of been trespassing. Rosalie sniffed the air too see if there was anymore signs of the wolves. She melt.. human. Why would a human be on the Cullen's land, she thought. She walked quicker, trying to find the person who must of been lost. She came around a bend and looked around for a second. She spotted a younger girl lying down leaned on a tree, she was fast a sleep. Rosalie could, either help her or kill her for being on there land. She thought for a second. Rosalie went a picked her up and carried her to the Cullen's house. She walked up the steps and stepped inside.
"Guys I'm home", Rose said quietly knowing that everyone would hear her. Everyone walked in. "I found this girl in the forest", she said. "I didn't know what to do with her so I brought her here". She looked around at the never changed room. The big piano was in the open space. She looked back to them.
